I recommend deleting this proposed rule for the followig but not limited to reasons:
1. The bi ugly bill will be repealed probably init's entirety as it is bad for America.2
2. the trump reublican admiinistration has demonstrated an almost incomprehensible level of corruption and incompetence. Therfore we should cease all actions by this traitorous regime and emergency hire the Biden and or Obama administration to govern until new elections
3, The damages caused by the fossil fuel industry render this form of energy unsustainable and a threat to the planet and all that rely on clean air and water to survive. Aramco has caused 69 trillion dollars in damages and chevron has caused 29 trillion dollars in damages until present.
4. If you want to fix the drought, low snow winters, wildfires, flooding, famine, blood for oil war, sea level rise, national debt, just phase out fossil fuels and one Day One it will get better.
