I do NOT support this new rule! Current bonds already have historically not been adequate to cover costs of clean-up, so lowering them will mean that we, the Montana taxpayers, will end up covering that cost! Limiting public input concerning current and future oil/gas drilling projects is an absurdly short time period for Montana residents and tax payers to learn about, and provide their input and feedback. These new rule changes are obviously being pushed to ONLY support the already lucrative oil/gas lobby and is NOT in the best interest of Montanans or the future or our state!
