I support this proposed rule. ATF's zero-tolerance enforcement policy can caused serious harm to law-abiding gun dealers and their communities. Zero tolerance means even if there is no criminal intent whatsoever my local gun shop could be threaten with their license being revoke over a honest clerical mistake. I urge ATF to finalize this rule and end the zero-tolerance policy permanently. RIN 1140-AA88.
