I support this rule. I am a gun owner and having regulatory unneeded additional paperwork that is not required by law only takes away from the value of what is needed and authorized by Congress. This rule correctly removes an unauthorized administrative add-on. I urge ATF to finalize it. RIN 1140-AA87.
