I OPPOSE the proposed rule RIN 1140-AB01. Unlicensed sellers are not required to conduct background checks or maintain transaction records, creating pathways for criminal actors and straw purchasers. This change would exploit loopholes, making it easier for bad actors to purchase and traffic weapons.
