I fully support this effort to streamline sales to qualified individuals. I have a NJ firearms ID card, and concealed carry permits issue by five stares including NJ. I still have to pay for a NICS check with every purchase. It is an expensive waste of time and in NJ sometimes you have to wait longer than a week for NICS to be approved.
