I support this proposal. I further suggest that the ATF issue a public list of states (and other jurisdictions) whose permits meet the requirement (so that NICS checks are not required). I am concerned that some anti-2nd Amendment states may attempt to REQUIRE NICS checks for everyone, including concealed handgun licensees.
